Weight Watchers Weekly Meal Plan #6! A week of breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas with WW SmartPoints!
I’m back on the WW Wagon.
I didn’t necessarily fall off, but if you follow me on Instagram you’ll know the whole family (except my husband, go figure) came down with a brutal stomach bug last week leaving lots of my meals hanging out in the freezer or fridge just waiting for me for the week.
So I lost weight due to the stomach bug but let’s be honest, I’d rather have eaten a week’s worth of 0 point foods and worked out.
But I’m back this week and planning a full week’s worth of healthy eats for the family. And I’m really looking forward to eating it all this week.
Overall in January, even with the stomach bug right at the end, I managed to lose 4.5lbs with an overall total of 8lbs!

Weight Watchers Weekly Meal Plan #6
Breakfast has been consistently eggs in the morning and lately and egg, cheese and turkey scramble for 3 SmartPoints. It’s super easy. Sometimes I don’t get to eat until late morning so I don’t mind if it’s not super filling before lunch.
I’ll continue on the egg trend because it’s working for me. I like to eat an over easy egg or two with one frozen hash brown for 2 pts. Getting a can of Pam has been a Point Saver and I’m forever grateful to have a few extra points I can put towards something else.
Next week for lunch I will make a big ol’ pot of 2 point chicken tortilla soup because it’s comforting, deeeeeelicious and obviously low in points. It reheats so well that it’s perfect to make ahead and portion out for the next few days.
Here’s my WW Lunch Plan for next week:
- Salad mix + shredded chicken + mustard/balsamic vinaigrette mix (2 pts)
- Chicken Tortilla Soup (2 pts) – This reheats and freezes well!
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Chipotle Mayo (3 pts)
Dinner this week is going to be a challenge with my son but I’m ready to expand his little palette and I’m hopeful he’ll be somewhat receptive.
I’m not doing anyyyyy grains. None. So that’ll be a challenge for the whole family but these are yummy and filling meals!
- Turkey Chili (5 SmartPoints)
- Egg Roll Stir Fry (5 SmartPoints)
- Taco Stuffed Zucchini Boats (5 SmartPoints)
- Honey Mustard Roasted Salmon with Broccoli (2 SmartPoints)
- Broiled Steak with Spicy Green Sauce (3 SmartPoints)
- Shrimp with Spicy Tomato Sauce (1 SmartPoints)
I’m a big snacker so we keep lots of 0 point fruits around so I can stay on track and get my snack on. This week I’ll be trying these delicious Oven Baked Zucchini Chips because…well…I love chips but want to lose! These come in at 3 SmartPoints.
