*Points are for the Freestyle Program.
Breakfast
I recently discovered that my store brand’s frozen hash browns are a mere 2 points per serving when prepared with 0 fat so I’ve been eating them with dippy eggs almost every single day. Not ashamed. It’s comforting to me! I really need to stop eating soooooo many carbs but they’re seriously so good.
I love making an egg, turkey and shredded cheese scramble too though this week I’ve cut back a lot on the dairy. I’m trying to get out of the habit of needing to add cheese to enjoy food. I’m from Philly. Cheese goes on everrrrrrything.
I’ve added low sugar yogurt to the mix this week as well. Trying to switch it up to keep on moving along without the dreaded food boredom.
Lunch
If leftovers aren’t an option (we strive to make enough for dinner and the next day) I did buy a few Smart Ones to keep just in case. I’ve been getting a little bored with lunch so I need to make sure I keep the fridge and pantry stocked with healthier options.
I’m going to make my favorite 1 pt chicken salad. It’s one of my favorites to eat for a few days and you can even serve it on toasted bread if you have the points to spare!
Dinner
Ah, dinner. The time where no one is happy with what Mom decides on. I know you feel me on this one.
But we’re sticking to the plan no matter what.
Dinner is typically kid friendly even if the kids just stare at me after I served them their portions. We always have a spaghetti night and we always have a taco night!
Here’s what’s on my WW dinner menu for the week:
- Spicy Beef Tacos (7 pts) – we add spice on our individual tacos to keep it kid friendly
- Parmesan Chicken with White Wine Sauce (8 pts)
- WW Chicken and Cheese Casserole (5 pts)
- WW Shepherd’s Pie (7 pts)
- Oven Fried Pork Chops (3 Pts)

Thank you for including my chicken salad recipe in your posts. Iβm so happy to hear you love it as much as I do!
It’s soooo good!!!
That Parmesan chicken sounds really good. Minus the mushrooms. lol
Mushrooms weren’t my favorite until I was an adult! I could eat them on annnnnnything now.
