How to Make Weight Watchers Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients List:

  • 1 lb Egg Noodles
  • 1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 10oz cans of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, for cooking

1. Cook egg noodles as per package instruction.

2. Cook beef, chopped onions, and mushrooms on medium heat until beef is browned and onions become translucent, about 8 minutes.

3. Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. Cook for about 3 minutes.

4. Turn heat to low and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring often.

5. Turn the heat off and add the sour cream. Mix well. Serve meat mixture over cooked egg noodles.

Can I Use Ground Turkey in Beef Stroganoff?

Yes! Absolutely. it will have a different flavor, but it’s an option if you need to save points to substitute ground turkey or ground chicken in place of the beef. You might want to add a little more beef flavor using a bouillon cube.

Can You Substitute the Egg Noodles?
