I spend almost every day doing some type of workout. Here is a list of my must have fitness equipment – all from Amazon!

If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know every day I document my daily workouts in my stories. And if you’re not following me, you totally should so we can encourage each other.
Working out almost daily is definitely a habit I worked on forming. It was hard work, but moving my body makes me a happier person so I try to do it daily.
Here is my must have fitness equipment – items I use daily or weekly that I just can’t live without.
FitBit
I have been using FitBit for years. You could probably say I am addicted to getting that step goal vibration. I have the FitBit Versa 2 – FitBit just introduced the Versa 3.
Besides just tracking steps, the FitBit Versa 2 tracks sleep, heart rate, exercise, and stairs. You can also use it to set alarms, timers, check the weather, use other apps to help track your progress, and change your music through Spotify or Pandora.
Schwinn IC4
If you’re following me on the ‘gram, you’ll know my Scwinn IC4 makes an appearance so much it feels like a Schwinn IC4 fan account. Seriously, I love my bike. I am able to use it with the Peloton app and my Samsung tablet.
The Schwinn IC4 comes with toe cages so you are able to use the shoe of your choice without purchasing clip-in shoes.
I have personally purchased some padded bike shorts for additional comfort. You can buy a padded seat, but the shorts are amazing.
The Schwinn IC4 also comes with two 3lb weights.
Resistance Bands
Resistance bands are definitely necessary for leg work and these are my favorite. And complete transparency, I just bought them. I was using some rubber ones that slid around, were so tight, and just generally uncomfortable. These don’t fold over, they don’t pinch, and they’re high quality. A must have for any home gym.
Hand Weights and Kettlebells
It’s a good idea to have a variety of weights. I have a few different neoprene hand weights (3lb, 5lb, 8lb) and two different size kettlebells (5lb, 10lb). It’s good to have variety depending on the work you’re doing!
Apps
You can absolutely find workouts for free on YouTube or by using a Google search, but here are my favorite apps.
- Peloton App – $12.99/month
- SWEAT App – $20/month or $120/year
- Tone It Up App – $14.99/month, there are FREE daily workout moves though!
Do you have any must have fitness equipment that you use daily?
