Summer is winding down and with that comes school, activities and trying to stay on track with my wellness.
We decided on homeschooling for my son for Pre-Kindergarten before he goes to Kindergarten next year so now my days are even busier taking care of two kids, the home, my business and school. And I have to make meals for all of us?
I also thrive on routine. I wake up and plan on our day so I’m making the most of everyone’s time. Also, I plan out what I’m going to eat and do my best to stick to that plan.
With some days being more chaotic than others due to activities we have planned, I love keeping balanced frozen meals on hand so I can eat quickly and get back to business.
Here are my go-to meals for busy days!

evol Cilantro Lime Chicken Burrito

The evol Cilantro Lime Chicken Burrito is perfect for staying on track while busy. All evol products are made is with the minimal use of sugars and nothing artificial. It’s real food that’s delicious.

When story time at the library runs long, I love coming home to a delicious evol. burrito that I can quickly make. It’s made with white meat chicken raised without antibiotics, black beans, brown rice, cheddar cheese, authentic salsa and roasted corn in a delicious flour tortilla.
Birds Eye Veggie Made™ Chicken Alfredo
This one is my favorite. It’s a truly comforting meal that I grew up with that has a special twist to help keep me on track – the pasta is 100% made from veggies. SO GOOD.

I’ve been using Birds Eye vegetables to add more veggies to my meals at dinner but I definitely struggle during the day. I love the Veggie Made™ Chicken Alfredo because it’s delicious, easy to prepare and comes with zero guilt.
