Getting fit doesn’t have to cost you anything more than accessing the internet. There are millions of free YouTube channels devoted to helping you get in shape or just fit in some fitness in your busy and hectic day.
I do my best to get to the gym a few times a week but I love that there are so many amazing free YouTube channels with fun and exciting routines and challenges for me to do.
Here are my seven favorite YouTube channels for women to do a workout without ever leaving the comfort of their home.
7 Free YouTube Fitness Channels For Workouts At Home
Tone It Up
I just recently came across Tone It Up and I am hooked. Between the awesome free videos on their YouTube channel and the amazing app for daily fitness moves, Tone It Up has been my go-to for weeks now. Videos range from about 5 minutes up to 35 minutes and the women are super motivating. And they always do their workouts on the beautiful beach and I’ll be there in my bikini one day. Or tasteful one piece with a modest cut out. Just you wait.

The Fitness Marshall
You have to have to have to absolutely subscribe to The Fitness Marshall. I love everything about this free channel. First of all, this is how this Blippi listening mama gets new music pumping through her headphones. I love switching it up and doing a dance workout during the week, especially if my son refuses to have a dance party with me. The Fitness Marshall is fun and you’ll be sweating after just one video!
This is the song and dance that got me hooked!
Bikini Body Mommy
We’re all moms here, right? So why shouldn’t we go to a channel devoted to postpartum fitness? That’s exactly what Bikini Body Mommy’s YouTube channel offers. And can we be real right now? She’s real. Her kids interrupt her workouts just like your kids will interrupt yours.

Whenever I am looking to target an area, I head to the Fitness Blender YouTube channel. I love this channel for so many reasons. I can always find exactly what I am looking for and then some. If I ever need a quick workout, I can browse the workouts and do a routine in ten minutes before someone under 3′ tall is pulling at my leg. There are challenges, programs, and plenty of FREE full length workouts for men and women.
After having two c-sections, I’m not really into doing floor crunches and I love the quick ten minute standing abs routine on the channel. Check it out here.
Blogilates is so much fun. She fuses pop music with Pilates for a really unique workout. There’s nothing else out there like this workout! She has challenges and a lot of free fitness printables on her website as well for anyone looking to get started and get tracking.

HASfit has an amazing selection of workouts depending on your fitness level. From full length workouts for beginners to HIIT workouts if you’re looking for a challenge, this YouTube channel has more than 1,000 videos to choose from. You can even challenge yourself to a 30 day abs challenge with their free printable to keep track of your progress.

BeFiT has everything from quick five minute workout videos to six week programs for you to do at home. I discovered this channel while looking for more fun dance type workouts.
I love the Burn to the Beat series! After doing just one of these videos I always feel the burn.
Working out doesn’t have to cost you anything! If you have an internet connection, you can find a new workout routine, a new challenge, and a ton of free videos to help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals. You can take your exercises anywhere you can connect to the internet with your phone! It’s helping me and I know it can help you too!
