If you’re like me, finding time to exercise seems like a bigger battle than the actual exercise itself.

As a stay at home mom, we have a routine but it’s also a lot to stick to with one kid in school and one kid at home. My day ends with little ol’ me exhausted after a full day of work, coming home to parent, and cook dinner.

I sneak in fitness moves and walking throughout my work day, but finding time to devote to fitness is challenging.

Personally, I find it difficult to go to the gym for 60 plus minutes without wanting to leave and tackle my growing to-do list at home.

I decided to make myself a 15 minute quick workout to jump start my day. In addition to my 15 minute jump start workout, I also have a 20 minute dance party in the afternoon once I get home with my son. I also sneak walks in around the office throughout my day.

Since my afternoon dance party can be considered my cardio, I try to fit in strength moves in the morning to wake up my muscles and my mind.

I also switch up my routine daily! Below are FIVE days worth of 15 minute quick workouts you can do.

None of the workouts below require special equipment or the need to purchase anything new.

You can fit in a lot of moves in 15 minutes!

  1. Hi Ashley great inspirational mom workout post! I love that you’ve work a post for mom’s showing them how to work it fast and effectively. So many people pass up exercise because they don’t know how to fit it in in small amounts! And it’s still super effective and great for you!

  2. I love this workout–I actually do a similar one on the regular. I’ve been venturing out a little lately, but this type of workout is such a good go-to. Especially when you’ve got a million and one things to do every day and fitness gets put on the back burner. And truthfully, if I don’t think I even have 15 minutes, I’ll just do one or two rounds of the exercises so I’m doing SOMETHING that day! I also love that there’s no equipment needed–which makes it great for traveling! Great post!
